I was diagnoised with Sleep Apnea ?

I have the machine and have used it now for about 5 days. However, I have been waking up with a horrible headache about 4am the last 3 days. I have the humidifier on the machine and was wondering if maybe I need to move it up a notch?? Since this is all so new to me I have no idea what is causing the headaches. Its sooo bad I cant go back to sleep with the mask on.

Does anyone have info on cpap machines in Toronto?

i need one, but the govt pays only 75%...............good, but i have to come us with the rest. can anyone atest by experiene the best and least expensive place to get one after i have my prescription in the toronto area?

Before you buy - be aware there is a strong profit motive by the business who sells them. In other words - they are not likely to say " you don't need one of those machines". I found the wide range of options very confusing as well. $ 200 for a rubber contraption consisting of two plugs that fit in your nose.
Fortunately I have a dear friend who works in this field and she advised me to try one of those machines over the weekend - they will do that for free. Before you buy it.
I found this machine did not address my problem of waking up during the night .
I don't know what your problem is and quite possibly you need one of those contraptions - however it did nothing for me . I couldn't help feeling this was all a scam . At the lab I was told " you are gasping for air that's why you wake up "
